30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition — unused, unassembled, and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at contact@wardrobeshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  • Step 3: Package the item securely and send it to the address provided
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@wardrobeshop.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
