Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please allow up to 11 business days in total from the date of your order (processing + delivery).
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (Mainland UK): FREE
- Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands): may require additional time — we will contact you if this applies to your order
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues or peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 11 business days, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Wardrobe Shop is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
